Russian Amazonite Beads are hand-made from the high grade stone known as Russian amazonite, which is the green variety of a Feldspar called Microcline. These deep blue-green Russian Amazonite beads distinguish themselves from the lighter Chinese Amazonite by providing the wearer with a much more piquant texture. Not only does Russian Amazonite have a more solid green-blue depth, it also has an intricate web of white matrix to provide a few waves to the sea of green. These unique marks create a natural sophistication unknown to regular Amazonite.
